All sales on UNLINED are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are defective or damaged due to our error. This means that damage caused after delivery, during shipping, or by customer misuse is not eligible for return or replacement.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective as a result of our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@unlined.cc. Include your order number and a photo of the item to help us review your case.
If approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected item.

3. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused and returned to us, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund or replacement amount.

4. Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties for your order. UNLINED is not responsible for these charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery Delays

All delivery times are estimated. UNLINED is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
