UNLINED does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case where a product arrives damaged due to an error on our end.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unlined.cc and provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
SECTION 7 - REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery of a product is refused by you and returned to us, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
These costs will be deducted from any refund amount that may be issued.
